Contract Form

Complete the Learn 2 Drive, LLC contract form. To secure the student’s spot, a deposit of $75 must also be received in addition to the registration form. The deposit will be applied towards the total amount due. Any remaining balance is due in 90 days.

The Minnesota Driver’s Manual provides a summary of state laws, rules, and techniques to follow in order to drive safely and legally in Minnesota.

Minnesota Driving Log

The driving log must be presented at the time of the road test and submitted with the application for the provisional license.
